Which rockfords are these? Old school or no? 12" punch Z black cone

I'm wanting to list these for sale but have no idea if there oldschool or not, they are punch z's I got in a trade, they sound awesome for there rated 200watts single vc config. Any insight would be great.

Okay for $50 bucks I'll donate them to some local young kid. I just did a quick search on google and it seemed Lille they were pretty rare, the magnet sticker didn't really get me no where

Back in 2000-2002 they sold at bestbuy and crutchfield for 100 a pair. They are not terrible subs but they were cheap and sold a lot of them
