Which online retailer has the most complete package for a fairly cheap install?

I would like to install myself a decent CD/MP3 player in my 2000 Civic coupe daily driver (beater). Just the deck & factory speaker replacements. I'd like to keep everything under $200-$300. I see Crutchfield offers free shipping & all the necessary installation gear I would need for any receivers $129.99 & up; http://www.crutchfield.com/App/popups/offerdetails.aspx?offerId=24576

Is this the way to go? I'd like the install to be as simple & complete as possible without running around looking for little pieces here & there. What would you do/where would you buy for $200-$300?

I would go with Crutchfield.

You not only get the install stuff for free, but the factory warranty which can be important for your first install.

Check best buy - ouch I cant even believe I recommended that.

Get a deck and speakers from the classifieds here and get the install kit from metra parts online, or parts express.
