for two 1608s? No, not even close

Rule of thumb is to have as many amps in battery power as you do RMS wattage.

So, yer gonna want somewhere between 3 and 4kamps worth of battery. Do a hc1800 under the hood and a 2400 in the back or something along those lines.

yup, thats pretty much how it works

as soon as you get above that stock eletrical barrier with stereo equipment, you will find that your stereo costs practically double.
