Who really uses the remotes anyway? If you're too lazy to reach that extra 4" then that's sad. Actually I do agree with you that you get more for your money with JVC, as far as features and looks are concerned. But there is no doubt among the community here, and pretty much everyone that you get a better quality unit when you go with Alpine. So it all depends on what you are looking for and if you care more about looks than substance.Originally posted by LBX2G like with jvc u get a remote if u buy an $180 cd player and alpine u donot. Jvc gives u direct track acess. things like that
i agree that alpines does sound better. But the reason I did not get the esclipse cd3422 becasue it did not come with a remote. Instead I got the panasonic 602. It had cool ass face that people are blown away by. and there are other reaons to. but I did not say it sounded better than the eclipse. But it does sound good. Panasonic 602 use to have the biggest display in a single din dash head unit . But now that new sony has it.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gifOriginally posted by eengrms Who really uses the remotes anyway?
