They have the same exact features...except you gain 7 watts with the 9815, which isn't important unless you actually use the internal amplifier...get whichever is cheaper or more aesthetically pleasing to you...

really they are good hu's very clean and powerful...

2 of my friends have had problems with them though, but that was like 3 yrs ago models and like every hu, its possible after wear and tear
