I'd go with the PGs. I've heard the Infinity sets have really harsh tweeters.

If you have power on tap, go with the RSDs. However, I have heard very good things about the Perfects.

Well .. Its going into my sig -_- .. replacing my SLC's .. since BOTH woofers smoked on me .. using the amp in my sig ..

it's not on your list but I can tell you that I love my pioneer 720prs although they're much more expensive. I just installed them this past weekend and I like them better than the alpine type-r I had in my other car.

PG even though I never heard them, Kappa's are sound good but yeah they do sound more hi than low.

Well .. Ive never heard the 720PRS, Infinity Perfects, or the RSD's ... i have heard the Infinity Kappa 60.9 since Best Buy sells them .. and the RSD's have had great reviews for the price. The Perfects are the top of the Infinity .. same with the 720PRS from pioneer .. but price range im looking for 100 - 200$ max ..
