You are correct, Audis are priced over VW's //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

If you want the Matrix so badly, then get it. But I told you not to get the Xb because nobody likes how they look (obviously not the only reason why I said not to get it, but you know what I'm getting at), and I was right. Just saying man...trying to give you some good advice hear, take heed...

What do you mean nobody likes them? There are a lot of people that like them...... You are just too wrapped up in your own opinions to realize the reality of things. You obviously tried to turn my statement around to your favor. Audis are nothing special imo. Except for their very high end models. They are expensive to get parts for, and have been known not to be the MOST reliable car. You are basically paying more money for a jetta with heated seats.

The Xb was comfortable, roomy, economical, great for sound system, and a very safe vehicle, considering that I was only hurt as much as I was by somebody rear ending me at 50 mph.

I'm a vote for the xterra....

Escape = Mazda Tribute - Have one...it has been in the shop every 3rd week since new getting something fixed. It rattles. Rides nice, and decent on fuel. But all in all a shitbox. (and they are getting recalls now too)

Do not get the vibe....get a matrix if you go that way. Decent units. But more room in the x-terra. Also x-terra is more reliable.

Honestly dude, everyone I know besides women hate Scion Xb's, and that's not a lie. Not trying to hate on your car man, just saying it how it is.

Audi's offer different drivetrains (4wd/awd), a sportier suspension, different engines, better cosmetics, and a more luxurious interior. Whether it's worth the extra money or not is up to the buyer. I'll let you know that my dream car and favorite car of all time is a $30k (when it was new) VW...

But this isn't about me or my one-of-these-days S4, this is about you and your car purchase. And I'm trying to help you find the best car here. I don't think a Vibe/Matrix is your best choice.

The Xb was roomy, economical, reliable, good for a sound system, and safe. But it was not comfortable, compared to other cars that you could have gotten for the same price. I don't form any bias' on cars, besides my partial bias of Ford over GM. Obviously that has not been a factor in any car you or I have owned. The cars I go for are usually the ones that do a little bit of everything well, but again that's not always the case. I want you to have the best car possible that is reliable, economical, and seats 5. When you choose a car solely based on those three factors though, you lose a lot of everything else, including looks, performance, comfort, and more.

I would never rag on anything of yours unless I do seriously have an issue with it. You know I'm honest, and I am not afraid to state my opinion on a given subject. So if you are about to make a poor choice on a car, I'll be damned if I'm not the first person to speak up. If I just agreed and supported every decision you made, you can guess where that would lead things...

Op...get what YOU want...don't worry about others because they don't have to drive it everyday....you do.....i want a Delorean badly //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

The x-terra rides like a truck, and is meant to go where trucks go. But I prefer that ride....it is more of a "sure" feeling.
mine rode very nice i think much smoother then my buddies 4-runner

I agree with every one above. OFC is much better. Copper is a much better conductor than aluminum.
