I've got no idea. Going to get my cousin to do it for me. he installs all my stuff. knows my car like the back of his hand because he used to have one when he was into car audio... now he does the motorcycle thing...Long Live Suzuki!

I think I'm going to go with Compustar Pro... I've heard they have the best range/feature combo. Maybe like something like that one bellow their best pro model that is 3000 feet rated. I don't see what the big difference is between it and the 6000 besides uber range increase...

my buddy at work just got the clifford 1 mile range model and it works great.500 installed with a tilt sensor.

i just got an autopage rs-1000 installed for 425,has a 1 mile range and a color screen!

In the next few days i will be getting the CompuStar Pro P2W9000FMR. My local shop is doing it for me, and there charging me around $550. So when I get it and figure it out, i'll give you all a nice little review on it.

I just had one installed in my ride. Range is awesome on these. Not sure if it's really a mile, but either way it's great range. IMO

I got a Code Alarm with the little cell phone lookin thing that alerts you if your car is being tampered with. It displays an image of a vehicle, and the particular part thats being messed with lights up and flashes. It ran me $275. The model is CA160.

ha my thread been brought back to life. surprisingly i haven't gotten an alarm yet. I've been using the cheap turn the music down way before you get there technique. I think i'm gonna get a nice little 2-way and try to install it myself since everything else has been DIY. Might as well round it off. I'd perfer a good 2-way that doesn't have remote start because i don't feel like putting one in. I also would like to know if i need anything like a bypass module or something else because my car comes with a factory alarm sadly.
