Which car alarm should I get?

my budget is like $250... Its not one of those 400-$500 alarms is it? lol

At the moment these two vipers seem to be the best alarms on my budget level...

viper makes nice alarms. I have the 500 (i think that's what it's called) with a backup battery, a backup siren, and a trunk pin and it works great. I'll be getting more soon...never can be too safe....

but i have no complaints. I hear the 791 is a VERY nice alarm.

Yeah i've heard good things about it too and the 5900... I was wondering if it was a step above the 791 though because its listed above it on DEI's viper site...

The 791 and 5900 are essentially the same alarm, the only difference is the 5900 gives you a true 1 mile range on the remote.

nah man, but he said he only had 250? i wanna know where the hell he can get it for 250, haha i called the local place by me, they said 275 for labor JUST to install, is that a joke?

Amazon is my friend... can probably be found cheaper on ebay and stuff. But i'm a big fan of amazon.
