personally I would stay away from Power acoustiks because I have had only problems with there amps although I dont know anything about the other choice.

Unless thats a pair of 200a fuses in the side of that amp, there's no way in hell its putting out 4000watts. If these are your only choices then go for the PA.

I agree with every one above. OFC is much better. Copper is a much better conductor than aluminum.
