i'm going to be running an Alpine MRP-M650 with a 12 inch type r at 2 ohms. ive heard a couple of things about 2 ohms giving people problems? do i have to worry about any problems? i know the sub can handle 600w at 2 ohms but will the amp be able to hang?

I am running that amp with a type R. It is a beautiful combo. Of course runnning it a 2 ohms as well. No problems at all. Gains set accordingly, and you are good to go. Sucker will pound quite nicely!

yeah? welll that is very good to hear that somebody else has the same sub set up.

i was kinda trippen about 600w not being enough power.
