Which amp should i get

I have 2 pioneer 12" tsw34c, and they do 150 rms 500 max and i aM LOOKING FOR A GOOD AMP FOR THEM.

i am thinking about the lanzar 1200 watt Vibe248 but i don't know if it will supply the power it says it will.

if any one knows about this amp or another good amp for theese 12" s under $250?

I would probably go with a monoblock amp that puts outs about 500 watts at 2 ohms.

Would the RF Punch 401s, be much of a difference over the lanzar amp?

wtf, u just said it was 150 rms 500d is 500watts @ 1ohm, it is powerful enough to run like 3 of those subs...

600d is even more. WHAT MAKES U THINK U NEED A 2 CHANNEL AMP? YOU CAN USE A MONO (1 CHANNEL) AMP TO PUSH MORE THAN 1 SPEAKER........ AS A MATTER OF FACT I'D RECOMMED THA TU USE A MONO AMP TO PUSH SUBS ANYWAY

Yeah, mono only means one channel, but you could run 100 speakers off a mono amp. To put it the simplest way possible, they are good for running subs, that's all you really need to know at this point. If you have a mono amp that puts out 500 x 1 at 2 ohms, that means each of your subs will get 250 watts. Understand?

Just wondering, what is the point of having the different channels then if the others can do the same thing?

You use multiple channel amps if you're powering speakers. You know the difference between mono and stereo I hope. I don't think you'd want to be running your entire car stereo in mono. And yes a lot of people power their speakers off of amps, I plan on doing it as soon as I can... The HU just isn't big enough to generate enough power and keep it clean at the higher levels.
