So heres what Im powering, please let me know if the higher stuff is necessary

PDX 1.600 amp

PDX 4.100 amp

Powering 12" JL W6 and set of PG RSD6.5 comps.

Looking at sets from Kicker and JL Audio

Kicker PKD4 - $65shipped 4g main with 8g from dist block to amps. 8g ground

Kicker PKD1 - $130shipped 1g main with 4g from dist block to amps. 4g ground

JL XB-PCS4-2 - $100shipped 4g main (for all). 4g ground

Will I be okay with the cheapest one here? Id like a little wiggle room for the future, however one of my biggest concerns (not so much the price although saving $65 is nice) but that the 1g will be inflexible and hard to work with. Also (I realize this may be dumb) but I like the JL Audio flat red color of the power wire which goes better with my engine bay.

Anyhow, thoughts on this? Also any other comparable suggestions?

Thanks guys!

On a side note I need to get a set of RCAs for the speakers, suggestions/places to buy?

Hmm they dont seem to have a dual amp kit. So Id need a distribution block, suggestions?

Also I see you can select the fuse size, how do I go about selecting which fuse size?

Thanks

depending on the vehicle, 4 ga is more than enough, 4 gauge can handle 1000w at a 17 foot run, but 1/0 will give you ability to upgrade in the future. If you get a 4 ga kit get one from knukoncepts otherwise get the kicker 1/0
