Which amp for this sub.

So I've decided to update my sound system by adding a sub to my '00 Subaru Forester.

I currently run PG RSD 6.5s in my doors with a JVC KS-S100 HU. I have a 175.2 Cadence Xenith amp powering the comps.

I've decided on the IDQ12v2 but havent made my decision on an amp. Money is tight so someone recommended me this.

Now taking in account price and quality which of these 2 would you choose? If you have any other suggestions please drop them by. There are so many amps from so many brands that every one uses a different one from a different era with different number meaning different things.
