And my bad, the Audioque 2200D is essentially the same design and parts as the SAZ-2000D. I suspect similar output. Not made in the same factory, so guess on quality, only time will tell, but probably the same parts to a tee. Also remember though on this kind of stuff, warranty, resell value, cosmetic's and customer service play a big role in when most people go to buy an amp. So doesn't mean just cuz the Audioque is cheaper but the same thing essentially everyone should be like, "oh well that's what I want to get then cuz it's less money". It don't work that way. Just like the IA 20.1 (older model) being that same as the HiFonics XX-Herc. Who would have guessed given the power ratings each company gave the amp board, and who would pay the same for an XX-Herc as they did for an older model IA 20.1... Just didn't pan out like that. I can say the boards in the XX-Herc were from a different factory, or at least appeared to be and the copper wasn't as thick, and the hardware wasn't as nice etc etc... so there are differences, in quality. And of course differences in Customer Service and warranty, though the amps were similar.
Guess I was thinking of the AQ3500D, which while I am sure is a good amp, it's not the same as the SAZ-3500D like everyone thinks, it's similar to the SAZ-3000D.
Just to be clear here I am not saying you should or shouldn't buy any of this stuff nor have I had the chance to put a clamp on these amps to see their power output, just looking at the inside and giving a visual difference in parts and design, and stating whether or not those differences really "make a difference" or not. In some cases they would other they would not. I am also not an expert, just another one of you guys I just happen to put my fingers in these things and test them everyday.
