W6's are good sounding subs, but have much higher output than the w3 series from what I gather. I only heard the newer 8w3 and it performed pretty much the same as my eD e3.8 8" subs. Mine are pretty much middle of the road compared to other 8" subs. As for the W6 I listened to, it was a 12w6 getting around 600 watts in a Civic hatchback, that thing HITS!really?

You can fit two 10's in the space that alot of 12's require. Plus you have more cone area, and that equals more output!Well then, here's another question...Would I be better off going with two 10s or one 12, JLs I mean?
