Yeah, Protein is bad for you. and yeah i agree you spend alot of money on whey if you buy from GNC and all the expensive shit. thats why im gonna start taking Body forest from walmart talked to alot of people they said it tastes pretty good thats all that matter to me and it has 25g of protein

I take wheybolic (gns brand and made by OP)

They compared it to Muscletech brand and the amount of whey per gram is almost DOUBLE.

I take 3 shakes a day, around 2 scoops in 8 oz of milk. I take 2 hydroxycut hardcores(MT) in the morning along with a shake.

A shake before lunch and usually some kind of pasta or soup for lunch with 2 more hydroxycut pills

A grilled chicken breast around 4/5 pm.

Then I try to eat dinner at 7:30 every night, some kind of chicken or red meat...or a grilled chicken ceaser salad along with a soup.

Then nano vapor pre workout and halo post. Usually spend between an hour and hour and a half in the gym every night depending on if I do an exgtra 30 minutes of cardio

also it taste like a cold hot choclate

same stuff I use.. Chocolate is goooood, mix it with FF milk, and its like chocolate milk.. Use whole milk (waste of time) and its like dessert LOL. Sometimes WalMart has it for $12 which is nice!

unless you are cutting then whole milk is just fine

They do, but i think thats the 2lb i believe the 5lb is around 20 bucks.. which is a good deal. i don't wanna spend 64 bucks for a 5lb on "ON" from GNC.
