where to start on electrical?

I have a d1000.1 , all I have is stinger 4 gauge running to the back for my amp? What should I do first to get more voltage to my amp? Big three, extra battery or H.O. alt. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

then a battery, i think a shuriken bt20 or bt40 would suit your needs they are small and do work

How much does the supplies to do that usually cost? And is it easy enough to where I can learn to do it myself in my driveway?

Big 3 is super cheap. Just measure out the lengths you need for each step and order that much from Knu or AT. 0ga CCA should be fine for this and it's a hair under 2 bucks a foot, so adding in the ring terminals you'll need I don't see you spending more than 40 bucks shipped.

Or you can talk to Ram Designs and give him the lengths and he'll precut and add the ring terminals for you.

If you want to fully upgrade your electrical it should be big three, alternator, and then extra batteries
