Where to put sound deadening?

I've got a civic and 40 sq ft of second skin. Where should i put it to help reduce road noise. Doors or floor/firewall. I'm leaning more toward floor. But i would love to hear personal experiences. I already have some in the trunk.

for road noise..

best is to disassemble your fender and apply dual layers.

Then on the front of the cabin (of COURSE the firewall too)

Although this maybe a different idea, the stuff i have is not made to be outside.

How many times have you put it on the fenders and how well does it work?

Just seems alittle off the wall to me.

Erm, it's not a diff idea over, it's very common here.

And I didn't mean on the outside... take out your wheel, disassemble the plastic cover, apply on the inside of the plastic as well as the inner metal layer.
