Sail panels for some nice width =]

This is the location recommended by Andy Wehmeyer of JBL, for various reasons, but mainly because it puts the tweeter into a baffle where it can't have sound reflecting off the door glass. You of course have to have control over the tweeter level independently of left and right to make this work for imaging and staging. Signal processing is a logical progression for anyone's system if they're truly interested in making the music sound real.

I'd do that but my car didn't come with the stock sail panel tweets... so I'll have to find a set of panels from a car that did come with them
