Where to get my alpine fixed.

Alright, I have an Alpine 9835 hu and one nite my brother was looking at it outside in our garage and brought it outside to look at...well he left it there and it rained that night. So long story short is I jus brought the hu to be tested, it turns on but has no sound out, so the power supply is ruined. Who can, or who knows where I can take this thing to get fixed? Im in Fulton, IL but what types or businesses would I have to look for?

Please help, I want this hu fixed asap.

Go to Alpine's website. Click Service and Support, you can plug in your zip code and it will provide you with the Authorized Repair facility closest to you. It might be United Radio in Syracuse, NY which is an Alpine 5 Star Service Center.

Its all good now, I called alpine tech support and found out that the internal amp was turned off, hence no sound. I brought it back to the installer, told him about it, and we hooked it back up and it worked.

Another question tho, how do I get my downloaded I-personalize stuff to be read by my HU? I tried burning it onto a blank CD-R but the HU didnt read it.

Also, why wont the alpine site work ne more when I try to get an online owners manual?

I used United Radio for my 9855 and YES they are a top notch service center. Definatly great quality repair job. Fast turnaround time, great packing and shipping. I highly suggest them.

tell them what is wrong with the unit, it`s a flat $95.00 fee to fix "anything "wrong with the unit. you can get the phone number for Alpine off their website so you can call them and talk to tech support.

Once again, I got it fixed, I just dont know how to get I-personalize stuff on my HU, plz help.

There is a setting in the HU that you have turn on, basically it tells the unit that you are about to place a cdr in the unit. It should upload automatically

Then your done.
