Well all this wire is preety much the same its just the insulation on the outside that makes it flexible or not. As long as it gets the job done then why does it matter what the name of it is?

i agree. people thing because it says hyperflex it'll make your sq so much better and you'll somehow get crazy db's

the kicker wire has a higher strand count making it more flexible, but i can take my welding wire and tie it in a knot. it's pretty flexible

Yeah thats the way I see it. The less money I spend on wire the more I can spend elswhere on ym system that will help it.

Do all the Kicker kits come with the same quality power wire? None of them on e-bay say hyper flex so I thought they might make different grades.

kicker only makes hyperflex.

and i wouldn't buy anything else. it's not like wire is THAT expensive, why not spend a little more and get the BEST there is?

You talking about Knu Kolossus or KLM? Cause I can bust out the camera and do some knots if you really want. heh.

KNU wire is not really that flexible, i hate working with it on short runs with the amp, kicker wire is a whole lot better

Welding wire is just copper but most car audio cable is tinned OFC or coated with something else.

I agree wire of the same size is wire of the same size as far as moving your current. Better SQ.. lol.. This is power wire, not speaker wire. I'm sure it helps in electrical resistance and transmission, probablly not a huge amount. But why buy welding wire when you can buy kicker or whatever for the same price if you aren't too lazy to look.
