Where is the best place to get power wire by the foot online

locally, I have not been doing well at my local dealers. I used to be able to go to the shops and get wire by the foot off the spools. Very few are selling it like that. They keep asking me do I want to buy one of the kits. Outside of amazon, who still sells OFC wife by the foot online? I need 1/0 and 4/0. I will also run down to my local welding supply store and see what they have. Its just an issue because they have funky hours and not close to me.
