Where do I go to order a 15" RE XXX?

Im going to get one, but I have no idea where to go to order it. The RE website is all but useless for pricing info or order information as far as I can tell, so could someone here give me a figure on what I should expect to drop on getting one of these in the back of my car? Do I have to call them in order to get pricing and to order it, or is it something I can do online? I would really like to try and get it ordered tommorow or the next day, but I dont have any idea of where to start.

Thank you. Sorry that its been drilled into the ground, but I was interested in knowing and didnt see anything on the first two pages (saw the price on a 12" but didnt know how steep of an increase there was).

And I didnt know they would still be open to call this late at night.
