Where can I order 0/1ga. wire cheap???

I went to a local store today and these guys told me 6 bucks a foot for 0/1 ga. wire. I almost lost my mind.!!!! I spent 50 for a whole kit, these shitholes wanted 60 plus tax for 10 ft!!! Please, will someone point me in the right direction???
