i am currently running two amps and a capacitor. one amp putting out about 420 watts, the other a mono to the sub at 1600 watts max. i am considering adding two more subs and another 1000 watt amp. will my stock alternator and battery handle it? 95 chevy blazer 4 door ls, 4.3 liter v6. thanks

find out the rating of your alternator, best way to find out would be to call the dealer

subtract ~40A for your car's interior electronics, inc. headlights

add up all your amplifiers fuse ratings

subtract the fuse ratings from the rating of your alternator

First thing you should do is refer to your amplifiers by their rms rating as max rating will not determine how many amps they draw.
