When in the AUX source i can only hear the bass from subs but nothing from door speak

I just bought new subwoofers i hooked everything up went to listen to my ipod through my AUX and the amp turned off.(I put the remote wire for the amp on the plain blue wire, and the blue/white wire from the head unit to the plain blue, that was why it was turning off). I rewired it so that the blue is on blue, and the blue/white is on my remote wire. Now the amp stays on when i switch the source to AUX, but nothing plays from the door speakers only bass from that song is coming out of my subs.??????? I am not sure wether to split the wire in half so i can run the plain blue to both the remote and other plain blue or what... If you have any ??'s please ask i am really lost. Thank you

In the front, there should be a small reset button that you will need to use like a toothpic or a pencil is what I use, and push it in for like( i count to 15 ),and it resets.I will see if i can find uour model on google or?Do you have your Instructional manual ?

Is it the CDX-GT54UIW Head unit? Only one that comes up.Yet, Take the face plate off, and look at the connection face, an see if you can find a reset button there.I had one on one of my older Sony HU at one time:D

I reset the the HU and nothing happened.. im just wondering if i have to splice the dark blue wire and split it to run it into the other dark blue and the remote wire?? not sure if this would blow a fuse or something??? the one thing i did leave out though is that i have a jeep with a infinity gold sound system so it comes with a factory amp so thats why i would have to spilt the wire im not sure though.... thanks for your response

I had the same exact problem a few weeks ago when I replaced my HU. Do exactly what you were thinking splicing those wires together and it will work. I had to connect the blue amp wire, the blue deck wire and the Blue wire off the harness together for it to work.

blue = power antenna

blue/white remote turn-on

blue/white should connect to both the factory infinity turn-on wire and the sub amp turn-on wire. i suspect your factory infinity turn-on wire is not connected correctly.

the blue wire should only connect to a power antenna lead.
