Remote turn on with aftermarket ISO Adapter

I have a 2012 GTI and am working on putting my amp and sub into it. I have run all the wires already and just got in my adapter so I dont have to splice into the stock wiring. I got the ISO adapter below. Is there any way to splice into a line of this for a remote turn on lead?

note the diagram that shows you what wires are available.

that adapter only provides front speaker that i assume you are tapping for a high-level signal to your amp?

it appears that the blue wire is an "amplifier enable" or remote turn-on you could tap. you can measure with a DMM to verify.
