When i turn my HU on buzzing

Hows it going. I'm new to car audio and I'm new to this forum. My problem is that when I turn my jvc head unit on my subs hum and buzz in a wave form its annoying. I tried adjust my gains but at the lowest part where it will not buzz or hum anymore my subs are not hitting hard. Any advice. Thank you alot for answers
