Loved my MT, SE and Old XXX....but their current prices for subs and recones are way too much and definitely not competitive like others have said.
I really wouldnt hold my breath on this one...i mean come on...lol what i can see tho is them selling through people(like flako and US Amps) get 1/4 knocked off the price tag but doubt they will make a "new" line just for the webtards.and if they do. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/woot.gif.aaa6090e619a97b6090d16dd863c5a69.gifi hear re is going to release a new line of products just for the internet community,at a affordable price.
Bankruptcy's Door?????re was and still is a relative small company,ok they were selling everthing pretty cheap, which ended them up at bankruptcy's door.so us amps come in and basically said we will buy in,but you will have to sell at these prices direct.i mean i dont blame re for going a bit more mainstream,it only makes sense to.
The more you say this, the more you prove you don't know what was going on.maybe not quite that extreme, but they were having finacial problems.
Just an //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif you need to do some research...Search for ficaraudio's (member) post in Flakkos thread about RE's bankrupcy...Im sure scott might have some info reguarding on what went on with RE.maybe not quite that extreme, but they were having finacial problems.
A lot more consumers go to shops to get subs instead of through the internet. so being a internet based company like Fi you can only get soo many people to buy. Only way to take a step forward was to up prices a bit and go through more dealersit does make sense...but it makes more sense that the average consumer on forums like this to switch to newer companies like FI that offer similar products at a lower price.
