whats your ht sub

well tool, if i could do it again, i'd choose a 15 that could be run in a smaller ported box and tuned to 25Hz for music or 17Hz for movies or for a mixture of both....... either sealed or 2 ports with a double tune (plug one port for a lower tuning) like HSU or SVS subs.

for the double tune, i would like to go as wide as possible for the bandwidth ( that would be great to have 2 ports open for a 25-27Hz for music and plug one port to make it 16Hz for movies...wishful thinking)

i have a jl 10w0s8

on like 75wrms. it's awesome //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

2 15" RL-P's each in 10cubes @ 19Hz. GREAT for movies and music.

If I was buying retail I'd look to EPIK, otherwise there are pleny of good subs for DIY....

I don't know what it's called but here is mine.

Currently its in 2.4 cubes sealed since that's what I had it in for my car, enclosure was actually built for an 18. Get's loud off my Dayton rackmount. But it's temporary till it goes back into the car so no need to build another box.

I'd recommend an RL-p 15. I would say an RL-s, but it needs a lot of space. Granted I had my LMS 4000 in a sealed enclosure (5 cubes) off 1k, it didn't satisfy me one bit.

I think those are just called the OEM 10's

OEM 10's don't have 3HP motor's //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

This is also a protoype subwoofer. If it was an OEM 10, I would have known //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

I think he meant Behringer ep2500, they have only made them for like 5 years now. 1500w per channel at 2 ohms.

Mine will consist of 4 mj18's (if I ever get off my ass and finish the room) on one channel of a behringer ep2500 and keep the other channel open for testing subs/boxes out
