As much as I loooove horn loaded drivers (I'm getting some myself), you're missing the point //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif I just want this to depend solely on watts, which is why I said "a speaker of normal efficiency" which is probably around 90db/w/m in the realm of car audio.

i like it around 135-140db and my highs able to be loud enough to be clearly heard even at this sub level.

this is good if i'm by myself but if the wife is naggin then it's 150+ so i can't hear her:veryhapp:

150rms to my mids, 45rms to the tweets, 350rms to the sub......... Most tell me to turn it down at full tilt, but i prefer to listen to my music pretty darn loud no matter the situation for some odd reason.

A few pegs below distortion! The louder the better for me. Always been that way, always will. The down side is the longer I do this, the louder it has to be to achieve the desired effect.
