How much is an Eclipse CD 5435 head unit worth used?

I just received this head unit as a gift from my brother but have been having car problems so i'm not going to install it in my current car. It seems like a nice head unit but after doing some research i'm aware now that it could require a security cd to activate from a dealer. It doesn't have a remote or box/manual but the cd player itself is in excellant shape with a few light surface scratches and is supposed to work perfect. Any clue how much they go for? I haven't been able to really find anything online as far as pricing goes. If I do sell it I have a solid reputation on here from past sales and could just hold the money in paypal to make sure it works before realeasing the funds to me.

Hey thanks man I appreciate it, I think keeping it is a good idea myself I just found it for $170 shipped from an authorized online Eclipse dealer so I don't think it would be worth the hassle of trying to sell it.
