Whats wrong with this sub?

Ace Hardware is open until 5pm on sunday, I used to work there //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif Drop by and get a DMM, they only cost about 10 bucks for the crap ones.
Im pretty sure mine isnt. Mine is actually a "fleet and farm" / ace hardware store. Either way ill get one asap.

if you bought them local and tested them before you bought it's your fault
if it were me i wouldnt even consider a refund, who knows what you did after you left

i use this disclaimer on all my craigslist sales

thats my story
beat me to it... i was going to say thatn exactly word for word

you better hope the seller is a cool dude and tries to help you out....he can easily say it ure fault and no one on here can fault him for it....you tested it right in front of him and ok'd them and took off....thats it......all there is to it

Well i guess if thats the way it has to be i will let it go and write it off as a loss i guess since i fcked up by not putting more power to them at time of testing and not having a dmm. Anyways he says the coils read 1.7 before he sold them, and they never made that noise. So i will get a dmm and see whats up.
