Whats wrong with Search? need help btw!!

Amp is in protect...yea another one of those...no matter which ground i use it always does the same thing...theres motor noise..dramatic motornoise, then its clipping and goes into protect..then plays for 1 second (clipping) then goes back into protect. and was working fine just a minute ago, i use seat bolt for ground right now and i cant figure it out! wtf...its the 4 chanel amp in my sig btw

help!

what do you mean redo you ground? i you mean making sure everythin is tight, using fresh wire from insillation, i already did all that, for the love of god i cannot figure this shit out.

seat belt bolts tend not to be great grounds. Don't ask me why, I don't know. They just don't. Try grinding off the paint, and using a self-tapper to make your own ground somewhere in your trunk.

ok..i got a good solid ground...in the trunk, near where it use to be. so now i just got alot of motor noise. i use to run the power and the rcas through the middle (armrest, and i had minimal motor noise, cuase i kept them separted) so i put them on opposite sides of the car..and i have ALOT

and now its back in protect...throwing in the towel cause idk whats wrong now
