whats wrong with my amp?

ok i am posting this for my friend and im tryin to help him out he has a power acoustik OV2-1600 its a 1600 watt and he said whenever he connects it to his subs then it turns on and everything but it starts to **** the subs in. so it doesnt make it bump or anything but it starts to **** the subs in. i dont think its a sub problem because he hooked up a diff amp and they worked good. so any idea on whats going on?

thats one of your friends problems...no idea about the other one

maybe a bad ground...check your ground resistance at the amp...
