Whats wrong here?

I'll take a stab at it. Is the amp on Master? not too familiar with hifonics amps, but maybe there might be a master/slave setting on it. Or something to that effect if you were trying to strap two of them together
Not sure if there is a setting on hifonics amps. Where would it be?

yeah, i have them wired at 2 ohms, just like in that diagram. What do you mean did I check the terminal cup? I got a guy on here to build it

Set the DMM to ohms, and I put it on the terminals. It jumped a little. I have them backwards, as in my positive sub is comming out of my neg. terminal, but I still connect it to positive on the amp so I dont see why that would matter.

The amp lights aren't twitching anymore, they are on solid. The power light is on as well. The protect light isn't on.

No idea whats wrong, other than maybe I have some problem in the wireing on the subs....I have them wired like this - http://akamaipix.crutchfield.com/ca/learningcenter/car/subwoofer_wiring/2DVC_2-ohm_mono.jpg

The speaker wire I have is pretty thick, so when I have to cramp 2 of them in one voice coil on the sub, its very hard to fit them in (where the +,- wires have to meet each other on the sub)
