I ran a pair strapped to 2 MA Audio Hard Kore 15's for about a week. The sundowns made them slam, but it drew tons of power...small price to pay for all that bass.

for sure. sundowns are solid amps for sure! ive played with a few of em in a buddies install...

they are decent amps, but i don't see why people don't buy a bxi2006/XXHercules/Bxi2607/ or even a used XX-collosus for a similar price. Many will tell you hifonics is overrated, but i would imagine all of those do atleast 1500

Plus you cant beat Jacobs personal service and plus the transferrable/replacement warranty is the best youll find

Because without personal experience, how can you be sure you are giving good advise? you don't know the people on the forum.. you don't know how much they know.. things (problems) tend to get blown out of proportion on forums... And certain things get more praise then they are worthy off (think type R)... long story short- without experience- you are doing no more than guessing...
