whats the proper way to hook up cap

i have heard many people say many different ways to hook up a new cap what is the right way to hook it up . GROUNDING IT? FROM THE GROUND TO THE AMP THE HOLE NINE I AM GETTING IT THURSDAY SO I NEED TO KNOW QUICKLY ALSO IF IT DOESNT COME WITH A CHARGER WHAT CAN I BUY TO CHARGE IT THE RIGHT WAY

Buy a distribution block with a extra output for a cap. run the power wire from the block to the cap.(basically, your not daisy chaining from the cap to the amp)ground the cap to the frame. I have tried daisy chaining it and doing it this way amd ran a fluke on it both wasy and noticed a bigger difference with it the way discribed.

IMO a Batcap would be a better invenstment, you can get them for 165 on ebay, it seems a bit expensive but it does the work of many many caps. atleast check them out before you go spending your money, if you decide to they are wired completely different but i can help you out if you like.
