Whats the perfect frequency for to 6x9`s

I have a Profile Baja B200 (200Watts) I got it conected to 2 Pioneer 250Watts 6x9`s what frequency should be the best the (min is 50Hz an the max is 500Hz).

And if U can tell me the perfect GAIN too I`ll apreciated.

The head unid it a Sony XPLOT CDX-L470X 50x4W

you probably dont want to go below 70-80hertz. turn the gain all the way down. turn the HU volume up about half way (normal listening level). slowly increase the gain level until you reach the point you start to hear distortion and then back it off till it sounds clear. this should do it.
