I don't know if it will lower your BP, but it will lower your chances of getting health insurance!

Whats the best thing to take for high blood pressure?...mine has been fairly high lately....for instance now its 156 over 105 sometimes the lower number gets up as high as 115...since I'm only part time at Wal-Mart I don't have medical Insurance so I can't afford a doctors visit....I've looked in the medicine section but I'm not sure what to buy...does anyone know of any good herbs...home remedys...pills I might can buy without a prescription to maybe lower this...usually I take an aspirn when its high....

its not what you take its what you need to stop taking, less carbs.....

no more burger buns, rice potatoes or what ever it is mainland folks eat, in hawaii every meal is searved with white rice, i think your peeps are potatoes and like bread and stuff that carb shit is the killer...

i don't know anything about foods....what has carbs or not...i'd try to buy whats good for me if i did...usually its fast food...for me....

you seriously need to get up to speed. anything at a fastfood resturant is crap, period. you need to limit that to once a week max.
