Whats the best thing to take for high blood pressure?...mine has been fairly high lately....for instance now its 156 over 105 sometimes the lower number gets up as high as 115...since I'm only part time at Wal-Mart I don't have medical Insurance so I can't afford a doctors visit....I've looked in the medicine section but I'm not sure what to buy...does anyone know of any good herbs...home remedys...pills I might can buy without a prescription to maybe lower this...usually I take an aspirn when its high....

I don't smoke.....I do probably need to loose about 25lbs...but when ever I exercise it seems to go up.....weight lift...walking...sit ups ect.....I don't drink coffee but may gain caffeine in sodas....

Just go to the Dr, they will prescribe you something and you can probably get what you need for $4/mo under the walmart generic program they run.

if its that high you need to see or talk to a doc. and yes,, there are plenty of meds on the 4 dollar a month list that can work for you..

When i first got back to the states a while ago i didnt have any insurance. I had been taking a codiovan plus beta blocker. It was too expensive here without insurance so i got on the phone with a physician friend and we went through the generic list and found a good substitute.

Sell a DD sub, use that for the visit....... This is some sad shit if you are 4real. You just bought a truck, but can't take care of your health?

with your diastolic sitting as high as 115 you are crazy not to do something asap. There are some in the opinion that if you hit 120 you should go to the er immediately.

look at how bad your health really is with numbers like that.

Wouldnt be much fun to stroke out and just slobber all over your audio gear would it.

the most important thing for you to know right now is your numbers put you at a very high rosk for heart attack and stroke.

You need to get to the Dr. ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!

Sell some shit and go. Tell him you dont want Caduit or lipitor, you want the generics that do the same thing. Caduit costs and my other RX cost me over $200 per Mo. I found out about the generics and the same basic medication producing the same results cost a whopping $13 per month. I fired my Dr. and am searching for another.

And exactly why do you not have health coverage but collect cars and CA? 100 or so dollars a month for a decent 500 deductable policy is a small price to pay for peace of mind. Especially now. To get a proper workup from a cardiologist can cost a few thousand dollars here in the U.S.
