OZ Audio Vectors, DLS *somethings* , Focal Access and Rainbow Dreamline are all nice comps for in that price range.

You should go audition some if you can, the cheaper a comp set is, the easier it seems to be to find setup in a shop.

I listened to a lot of sets mentioned above, and I really didn't like most of em... OZ vectors were probably the worst, maybe they were setup to intentionally sound bad to make you want to buy the OZ matrix's, but the second they came on I was lunging for the "stop" button... they were just so harsh and gritty it hurt!

I actually like the Pioneer Rev components the most in that price.... moral of the story is that you should go try to audition some speaks, and you may actually be able to do it if you're looking for the kind of entry level stuff that the shops carry

I would definitely attribute that to some type of setup problem

Only $200 on the weekends (special deal)...through the week it's a solid $275 to bang this buck.
