whats going to be louder

I was wondering if 2 10s with 750 watts going to them would be louder than 2 12s with 500 watts going to them. they are both the same model sub.

i am sorry its 3 tens not to and 2 12s. they are the mtx 6000s and i dont have an amp yet im waiting to see what i buy. it will eathier be an older rockford 500a2 or a 800a2.

I would choose 3 10's over 2 12's. Go with a sealed enclosure if you're more into sound quality, maybe 1.5 cubic feet for each sub. If you're more into having it be really loud, go with a ported box. You can get all the specs you need to build one from MTX if you ask them.
