Whats a good sub for SQ? under $200

Hell yes. That's a company that knows how to listen to their customers. OP, that's a killer price for a sub that will perform better than most subs in the 400 dollar range.

It states that they have a 5 year full warranty!!...Im in for a pair..SOLD!//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/naughty.gif.94359f346c0f1259df8038d60b41863e.gif

So if i got the Tidal Audio which is basically Image Dynamics ID12 D4 V.3 what amp and enclosure would you recommend

If you got the Tidal, I'd recommend you talk to @double 07 ; for the enclosure and look at the used section of this forum for an amp. Personally, though, I'd recommend the Dayton. Tried and true and you will be blown away by its sound quality.

Btw, does the LA in your location stand for Los Angeles or Louisiana? If it's Los Angeles, I can get you in touch with someone local you can get some good stuff from used.

Get a design from pro rabbit or double 07 for the box. As far as power goes, just look for a solid amp that does at least 400rms to the sub. I gave each of my ported Dayton 10s about 400w each from a Kicker ZX750 and it was great.

Los Angeles and the dayton is looking pretty good. so what about an amp and enclosure for that?
DVC4ohm sub, you want to look at an amp of the 400+ wattage @a 2ohm load for a single sub as Prince has mentioned,I have several little Zed cheaters that will deliver that if you need one. Most tens sound pretty good ported at around 1.2-1.6 cuft tuned to approx 32-38 htz from all the tens ive used over the years..sealed you can go from approx .50,up to approx 1.4 and a little more depending on the sub.i did not see the specs for the enclosure for these Dayton DVC subs, but Ive always ran tens for more than 10yrs

I'll try to hook him up with an amp at local sale since he's in my neck of the woods. But yes, OP, go for the Dayton HOs. I want to hear them when all is said and done.
