whats a good one?

I am currently looking at two comp sets.....but i need an amp that does 75x2 @4 or100x2 @4ohms....onlywanna spend about 120....a buddy of mine said he will sell me his memphis 16-MCA150 for 100 bucks....and its in great condition should i? or are there any other recommendations.
