What's a good amp to get for my subs

In my last post I was looking for subs and a setup and I decided I'm going to go with 2 Sundown SA 15 2 ohm subs.

I have $300-500 to spend on an amp and I was wondering what would be the best 2 channel amp to get max power out of these with my budget

With 2 dual 2s you have to wire at .5 or 2ohm. I would get a cab1600 which is only 199 and put the remaining budget toward a upgraded battery.
I wanna get high up there around 700rms on each sub as they max 750

Will the CAB 1600.1 give off 1400rms in that one channel when I bridge it

It is a mono amp so it is internally bridged. It tests a little over 1600w. Im suggesting to wire at .5, but ONLY if you add a nice battery and set gains properly. That amp will be more than adequate for them

Never wires at .5 ohm. How would I do that?
