The picture on top is NOT mine. (part # 88120)

The picture on bottom IS mine.

The backplate is different on these subs and the one on bottom (mine) is a double stack magnet while the top one looks like a single magnet with a tall backplate.

Anyone know the diff?

Those are not cross-compatible. One is a 2" coil and one is 3" coil.

The driver in the first pic is a TC9 and the one in the second pic is a TC2/TC2+.

I'm just trying to figure out what mine is and what year / part number it is, there is no comparison other than that.

Thanks for the info, so what's the deal with the 2" and 3" coils?

Here's the deal with the 2" coil. It's basically the well known TC1000. Model SW7304/7324 or something like that. SQ driver with balls.

TC Sounds (TC-1000)

Here's the deal with the 3" coil. It's basically the well known TC9. SQ driver with more balls.

TC Sounds (TC-9)

Years ranging from the 90's through the 2000's. I believe the SW7300 series was introduced in 2004.

Perfect, thank you //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

The TC-1000 is harder to find? More desirable than current models or no?
