well according to the car shop, who is giving me a new alternator, they said the reason why my other one was fycked, was because of my system. well i think that isnt true because my car was acting up before i got my system installed. now if they were correct, what would i need in order for my alternator not to mess up again?

it is the one. well my mom was the one that told me what the guy said. but i may go to the shop tomorrow and talk to him.
