What would be a decent price on a used American Bass VFL 1100.1?

What would be a decent price on a used American Bass VFL 1100.1? Looking at purchasing one from a local guy for $1100 but wasn't sure if the price was good or not. He said he has never had any issues with it and it was always ran on good electrical system. Again Thanks in advance for any help.
